View full program here. \nGirls Day Out: \nEvery 3 weeks\, female veterans\, partners\, and carers can enjoy social day trip adventures — contact us for upcoming dates and details. \nGlenwood Swim & Gym: \nOpen Sunday to Friday from 6:00am–6:30pm for veterans\, partners\, and carers\, with memberships available for $20 per month. \nChoir: \nHeld every Tuesday from 5:30pm\, this welcoming choir is open to all members of the Gympie community regardless of experience or voice type. \nLIIV Well Pilates: \nPilates classes are held Tuesdays from 2:30pm–3:15pm and Thursdays from 11:00am–11:45am for $5 per class\, with bookings essential due to limited spaces. \nFit Together: \nFree fitness sessions for veterans\, partners\, and carers are held every Wednesday from 1:00pm–2:00pm at Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre (Gympie ARC). \nChair Exercise: \nFree low-impact chair exercise classes for veterans\, partners\, and carers take place Thursdays from 1:00pm–2:00pm at Gympie ARC. \nSplash Aerobics: \nFree splash aerobics sessions for veterans\, partners\, and carers are held Fridays from 1:00pm–2:00pm at Gympie ARC. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSwimming Class: \nAll day entry every Wednesday\, Friday\, and Saturday for veterans\, partners\, and carers at Gympie ARC.
